Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cottage of 50 sqm with private beach & older standard. One bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and induction stovetop with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining places for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
