Great stay, beautiful views, amazing location! Highly recommend!!

Paz Corcovado es un lugar mágico, y Roberto un gran host, mega atento y servicial. 5 amigos amantes del surf llegamos con altas expectativas, en busca de buenas olas y con ganas de descansar y desconectar unos días de la rutina cotidiana en medio de la selva, y terminamos viviendo una experiencia inolvidable. La casa es súper espaciosa y práctica, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario, y está literalmente inmersa en la selva. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila a 10min en auto de los principales surf points, y tiene acceso privado a playa sombrero, en la que, en días de buen swell, entran olas divertidas para todos los niveles.

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Blanca!! I had no cell service/communication on my end due to data issues with my phone for several days before our arrival, but we found it without issue with the original directions Amanda has on the listing. Amanda and Jay were very friendly and welcoming. Our kids loved playing with their kids on the jungle gym and in the pool. This stay was at the end of a 10 day stay for us in Costa Rica and was the perfect cap for us to rest/reset and enjoy the last few days in the Osa. Its a large property and very quiet and peaceful (well except for the beautiful macaws making a ruckus in the almond trees!) We paddle boarded each morning on the calm gulf and saw sea turtles daily! They have built a wonderful little school house on property as well and have unique opportunities for kids to attend school/study abroad so to speak for those that may be interested. We highly recommend this property!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Casa Migo! The views are breathtaking, the pool is perfect, the swing on the porch is exceptional, I could go on and on. Some tips for your stay: There is no TV, but if you came to Costa Rica with plans to watch TV, you're doing it wrong. There is not a microwave, so you should plan accordingly. You can walk to the beach, but just drive down there if you have a car. It's a 2 minute drive with plenty of space to park on the beach and it is a great experience (also, you won't have to walk up hill to get back). There are geckos in the house, DO NOT BOTHER THEM! They are sweet and are rarely in your way. They peek out every now and then but they eat all the nuisance bugs and don't bother you at all. You are Casa #5. Road noise is RARELY an issue. I think most people hear the surf and don't know what they are hearing. A/C is GREAT! Overall, 6 stars.

Le logement de Diana est très confortable, la cuisine extérieure agréable et la situation du logement appréciable, centre du village proche et embarcadère pour le Corcovado proche. Il ne manque rien dans ce logement. Merci Diana.

Fantastic views from two decks, close to several beaches and lots of good restaurants. Ruth is a fabulous cook, and Gene knows the area and culture very well and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Casa Oceanside is a little slice of heaven. Waking up to howler monkeys in the morning, sitting on the deck watching parrots, macaws, monkeys, and more birds than you can count. Walks in the beautiful garden or hiking in the forest. Sitting or walking on the beach watching the sunrise and the surf. All right on the property. It is a great place to stay, unplug and unwind. We didn’t have to go see wildlife, it came to us. Michelle and Eddy are fantastic hosts. They had great recommendations on things to do, local places to eat, and lots of information on the local plants and animals. They are warm, personable and readily available if you have questions, but respect your privacy as well. We’ve been home less than a day and we miss it already.

Brais and G are absolutely the best hosts ever. They have an amazing family and property to stay at. It was clean, the A/C was a huge plus and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here next trip. They make you feel right at home and like family. Pura Vida 🩷

Helena was incredibly kind and welcoming—she gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area and made check-in super easy and flexible. The place itself was beautiful and full of artistic touches that made it feel special and unique. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated her warm hospitality!

Excellent communication with fast response times! The Snail house is new and is well built. It’s obvious much time, money and thought went into it. All the amenities that you need for a jungle stay included. Surprises were hammocks, portable chairs, & rechargeable flashlights. The covered outdoor kitchen is well-stocked and has a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and gas range. This large space also has a dining table for 6, plenty of outdoor seating and a modern LG washer & dryer. The walled, well-lit outdoor shower is great with ambient lighting for a memorable evening shower. Spending time on the porch afforded some wildlife encounters. They have a small outdoor podium to put fruit on which draws in birds and monkeys. There for 6 days, a troupe of capuchin monkeys descended around the porch and danced through the trees eyeing me with curiosity. Also included are 4 well-mannered dogs. Tip- Go to BM for groceries, fresh breads, pastries and juices and bring your own ba

At Andy’s place the adventure comes to you. People pay to be taken out into the jungle for tours to see wildlife that showed up in our yard with no effort. The road to matopalo is rough - can’t be passed without 4wd. I wish we’d had higher suspension in ours but we managed. Stop at the bakery and the BM supermarket in PJ for food and stock up. There is no reason to return to PJ during your stay at Andy’s if you have enough food/drinks. Bring coconut oil for your legs to prevent sand fleas (this applies to all Costa Rica) deet also works but natural is better. I would call the experience *top notch glamping* you’re really outdoors and one with nature the whole time. Unbelievable surroundings with a bed and pillows, hot running water and a working range. Perfect for my family who’s used to campervan camping. Backwash bay was perfect for swimming. Andy’s place was perfect for watching surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Keep an eye out for bioluminescence after sunset!! & THE SWING AH!

We had an excellent stay. The beds were very comfortable which has been not super common for us in CR. The wifi was great as my husband and I were both working. The host was very kind and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised the bugs were minimal for being so open air. The birds were amazing. The lookout point is beautiful. They were kind and flexible about late checkout for us. The host even took time to take us to the waterfall and natural jacuzzi on the property. He taught us about all the different kinds of trees. Mary was great as well. We hope to make it back to stay here again!

Les parents d'Alex (les propriétaires) sont très gentils et proposent même les repas pour 3000c/personne. Le logement est simple avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire à manger et le lieu est paradisiaque avec un coin aménagé sur la plage pour profiter de la vue. Très belle expérience que je recommande.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand, was die etwas abgelegene Lage wieder gut macht. Man bekommt während des Aufenthaltes einen guten Einblick darin, wie die Menschen wohnen. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und konnten den Flair erleben. Alles in allem war es eine positive Erfahrung und die Kommunikation mit Alex war gut. Sehr hilfsbereite Menschen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits ici. Alex et sa famille ont été très accueillants et ont tout fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien. L'authenticité, la simplicité et le calme de cet endroit sont uniques. Merci !

La estadía fue la muy agradable, el lugar es bello y se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, hay muchas playas cerca, puedes tomar un bote a Golfito por un bajo precio y ver delfines, la cabaña es perfecta para una familia, la atención del anfitrión John es la mejor, es muy amable y servicial, te atiende con detalles que te hace sentir mejor que en casa! Si vienes a Puerto Jiménez esta es la mejor opción!! John es un super anfitrión!!!
