In a resort inside Monte Conero Park, your children could run freely in the common green spaces, play with peers, or choose between: swimming in the pool (summer), playing five-a-side football, tennis... or a dip in the sea! The beach is about 400 meters walk along a flat road. The position of the apartment is slightly away from the comings and goings of other vacationers, making it an idyllic nest, for a couple's aperitif at sunset or while doing your wake-up yoga , while watching the sun rise.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.
