Few minutes away from the National theatre station (airport express train, tram, metro and regional trains) and in a few minutes walking distance from The Royal palace, Opera house, National museum and Aker brygge & Tjuvholmen with all its dining and shopping possibilities. Our apartment is on the 4th floor with a sunny balcony in an 19th century apartment building with only 10 units. All three bedrooms face the quiet back yard. Cool&Cosy

Perfekt for by og markaferie. 15 minutter med bil til sivilasjonen eller 20 minutters togtur til Oslo S fra Snippen stasjon 200 meter unna.Til Varingskollen Alpinsenter er det 20 minutter med tog andre veien. Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Oslo and close to pretty much everything. Parks, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and much more is within walking distanse. Right up the street is the Royal Palace and within 5 minutes of walk takes you to beautiful Aker brygge, where you can go for a swim, take the ferrie or enjoy a good meal. A perfect location to enjoy all of what Oslo has to offer. Please note there is only one toilet in the apartment and it’s not in the same room as the shower.

Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
