Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oslo

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

Our family had a great stay at Shezana’s. The trampoline and yard was a highlight for the kids enjoying the longer Norwegian summer nights. The main level was the perfect hub for us all to gather and relax; plenty of seating, large dining table, and plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The location was also perfect for us, a quick drive to the train into Oslo, Joker grocery store walking distance away, and just a great home base for our adventures.

Anne was very kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough :)

Would highly recommend! Incredibly friendly host, available for questions and tidy home. Also, the view from the second floor was fairytale. Happy to visit again in the future 🥰

It’s a very quiet place, great place to relax and still be connected to the city. Comfortable and liveable. Great place for travels with small animals as well.

A fantastic, clean, and quiet apartment in a great neighbourhood with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Oskar was very communicative particularly regarding the keyless entry (which makes the property feel very secure). We would definitely stay again.

Lovely two night stay, it was perfect size for me and the area is so nice. Perfect for a runner like me as there’s lots to explore nearby but also so easy to get into central Oslo. Would highly recommend

We had a great stay! Alex was incredibly understanding and accommodating—he kindly allowed us to do a late check-in after our flight was delayed, and made the whole process super smooth with clear and helpful instructions. He even shared some great tips for exploring the area, which we really appreciated. The house itself was spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—right near the train station and in the heart of everything. Highly recommend!

This place is as cool as it looks -- perfect for a couple visiting Oslo. It is right between the train station and the new city center. We were easily able to walk everywhere. Sasa was a great host. Very friendly, proactive and responsive. Would highly recommend this chic studio loft!

The location of the B&B is extremely convenient for getting around. The owner of the house arranged it beautifully. The room is spacious, bright, transparent and warm. The laundry and drying facilities are complete. It's tidy and comfortable. The dishes are also beautiful. Thank you.🙏

Very nice cozy and well-equipped apartment in a good location to the subway and tram. Slightly larger people should note that the bed is only about 120 cm wide and therefore a little tight for two large people. Otherwise, highly recommended!

The apartment looks EXACTLY like the photos - no touch up needed. Spacious, light, airy and welcoming. It was so clean and spotless I was afraid to muss things up! Veranda was so responsive and luckily the previous guest left early enough that he was able to have it ready for us early - which we really appreciated. It is walkable to the Munch museum, The Opera House and public transportation. Oslo is such a clean city and this area has a really sleek, modern and cool vibe that matches the apartment.

Really friendly communicator and the apartment was just as described- the balcony was a real asset to the property - nicely situated with gorgeous views and within easy reach of the city - easy to get and return keys and info in apartment was very useful

Worth 110%. Clean,quiet,very spacious, filled with natural light and tasteful decor.Good bed and amazing sofa. Felt like home !

Our stay with Martin was pleasant. The bed might have been a little firmer, but that's also the only thing that wasn't optimal. :) We'd love to come back next time we're in Oslo.

Great location close to the harbor, train station, ferries, and tram. Very walkable to many attractions, and lovely property!

We really enjoyed the studio apartment of Kristian and not least up on the roof terrace with lots of stuff 🌞 The apartment is nicely located in a quiet area but you do not have to walk far if you want more speed and excitement.

It was a lovely place to stay. I was only there for two nights but the apartment had everything you may need for longer stays. Even a yoga mat and an umbrella to borrow! Checking in was easy. It is also conveniently located as there is a direct airport bus

We spent a wonderful evening and a calm night at Daniel’s place. Everything was clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The best part was waking up with this magnificent view of the lake! We highly recommend you to stay here!
