Holiday rentals with beach access in Ospedaletti

Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

It was perfect! Close to everything but quiet. The garden area was a treat as well! Looks just like the photos and is stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely rent again the next time we’re in Nice.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Great accommodation, green area, lemons grow, the house has everything you need to live: kitchen, washing machine, towels, bedding. The owners are wonderful!

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Small house ideally located overlooking the sea and in the middle of pine trees. Marcello welcomed us with great kindness. Wonderful nights with very comfortable bedding and the sound of waves. 5-minute walk to the beach along a nice path. Very clean with everything you need as well as small touches and good addresses. Very relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can move where you want. It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bordighera! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is very convenient — just outside the house there’s a bus stop that takes you directly to the main train station in only four stops. If you take the bus in the opposite direction, you can reach Sanremo, a beautiful nearby town that’s definitely worth a visit. There’s also a lovely sea-facing restaurant near the port entrance, and a large supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, which was super handy. Helen is an excellent host — very communicative, friendly, and always ready to help. She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Bordighera!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Very nice place with a big balcony with a view, comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly hostess, good instructions and restaurant tips. Clean and tidy apartment. Highly recommended!
