We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Cute mother-in-law suite in a newer townhouse neighborhood. Great area with biking trails, walking trails, shopping, and dining nearby. We live in a very culturally diverse neighborhood with plenty dining/grocery store options. 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, easy access to 610 freeway. Less than 5 miles from Arbor Lakes retail shops, with many more restaurants/specialty shops/grocery stores for anything you may need. Perfect for travel nurses also. This is a very safe area.

Close to Hwy 55, Bass Lake Rd, and 94, nestled right on the border of Maple Grove. 2 miles to Medina Entertainment Center, 1 mile to Corcoran Lions Park and multiple golf courses, 5 miles to the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, 6 miles to Baker Park Reserve for kayaking, boat rental, rock climbing tower, or cross country skiing, and just 15 miles from downtown Minneapolis.
