Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village / at the edge of the forest / on a cul-de-sac. 15 km to the Ellwangen State Garden Show. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized resort since 2010 and meets the requirements for climate and air quality. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our guest apartment was renovated in January 2025. Abtsgmünd is located on Federal Highway 19 in the Kocher Valley between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

Old building apartment with charm within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cozy newly renovated old building apartment on the 2nd floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with parking space right by the house. The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 meters from the property. The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.
