The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The Weissensee apartment with antique parquet flooring is located on the first floor with direct access to the well-kept garden via two patio doors. It has two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The terrace in front of the living room to the south invites you to relax and to eat and drink in front of the Alpine scenery. The large bedroom can be used for two or four people.

A modern loft apartment awaits you where old meets new. The rural location invites you to switch off & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreation areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), thermal baths and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom. We have a family atmosphere & we are always available for questions and suggestions! Not suitable for parties, bachelor parties, etc.!

On the village mountain you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view. The apartment offers 60 m² of space with a double bedroom and couch. The living room has a TV, desk and sofa bed. A large terrace is available. Shopping is easily accessible by car.
