Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

Short detour from the 45 and you are in a quiet residential area surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is a cozy and cozy holiday home. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. One large glassed-in patio is located on the back of the house. Four-legged guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/wc basement. Along the gravel road down to lake Fryken, there are swimming facilities. In the beautiful forest there are mushrooms and berries in autumn. The farm is an eight-minute drive to Sunne, where you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants, shops and shopping. On the winter holidays, you can go in length. The nearest slalom slope is the hovfjället (55min)

Due to the use of mainly local, recycled and natural materials, there are many unique details to discover. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km).
