The newly-built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully-equipped laundry room with utility entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Here you live in beautiful Katthammarsvik, next to the popular smokehouse with its restaurant. 1.5 km from Östergarns IK with tennis courts, disc golf, and beautiful running trails. In the harbor, you can also rent kayaks from one of the island's many kayak rentals. 5.5 km from Herrvik harbor and 5.6 km from Sandvikens camping.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

The Beach Cabin

This is literally like living in a box. The Beach Cabin is just like a hotel room, with one double bed for two and a small lounge area. There is also a kitchenette for your convenience, equipped with the necessary kitchen supplies for you to make breakfast or a meal for two. The Cabin is situated just by the pebble beach and the sea. The faint sounds of waves will rock you to sleep at night. The bathroom is built next to this cabin with just footsteps to reach.

Vacation in this spacious and peaceful accommodation for up to 4 people on the east side of Gotland in Gammelgarn. Wood-fired sauna is available to borrow at no extra cost. Close to nature and lovely landscapes and near the farm are grazing lambs. There are different beaches to choose from (about 6-12 km from the property). The farm is about 4.5 miles from Visby.
