Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Relax in this tasteful guest house in Roslagen, only an hour's drive from Stockholm. The 50 sqm cottage is located next to our residential house, but has a private patio. The cottage is located at Länna Kyrksjö, with the possibility of swimming and fishing outside the door. Here you get nature up close, nice walking trails along the lake, bathing rocks, the possibility of berry and mushroom picking. The area is rich in wildlife – moose, deer, fox and hare are often seen. For the adventurous, there is Roslagsleden, just 1 km away.

Charming log cabin in a quiet area close to forest, swimming lake and golf course. Next door is a small spa house with sauna and shower. Large plot overlooking fields, walking paths, nice bike paths and swing for the children. Perfect if you are traveling via Kapellskär as sheets and towels are included. We can also pick you up at the Rösa bus stop for a small additional charge. Our kind dog Bamse and our children play on the property. Archipelago cottage in Roslagen

Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. There is a popular playground right outside the property. The bedroom has two sleeping places, and the sofa bed in the living room has two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Välkommen att boka vårt hus till ett förmånligt ”prova-på” pris. Vårt hus i Stockholms skärgård har ett unikt läge, är helt självförsörjande på el genom solceller, och inte uppkopplat till elnätet. Huset är ”off grid” och det finns bara några skönhetsfläckar kvar. Vandringsleden Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) passerar i närheten av huset.

At the back of the cottage, furniture with morning sun. Access to rowing boat and fishing in the lake 200 m away. Small bathplace with jetty by the lake. Berry and mushroom picking around the knot. Nice wood stove in the kitchen. Bathroom around the house knot with dry toilet and shower. 4G coverage About 50 min Stockholm, 60 min Arlanda by car.

Huset ligger naturskönt bara 10 minuter från Norrtälje och cirka 50 minuter från Stockholm med bil samt golf bana. Den stora tomten erbjuder gott om plats för utomhusaktiviteter och grillkvällar. Parkering finns tillgänglig, även för större fordon. På tomten finns också ett sidohus med bastu och ett enklare gym.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Utanför dörren har du egen terass med utsikt över grönskande ängar & Rö sjön. Bussförbindelser finns inom 500 m. Laddning av elbil kan erbjudas mot en avgift. Laddaren är en Typ 2 och är på 11 KWh. Perfekt boende för dig som vill ha närhet till Stockholm, Uppsala, Norrtälje och Kapellskärs hamn. Välkomna!
