The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.

We had a great week with Birgit, her family and the animals. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The highlight for our children was that they could directly watch the animals on the window sills in the bathroom and bedroom. The outdoor area is also great for the kids and they can play and romp. A basket and bowls were ready for our dog. There is a lot to discover in the area and some lakes are nearby. We would come back any time and highly recommend staying there.

The farm is simply beautiful, absolutely recommended for all horse, dog, cat and pig lovers. The apartment is in great condition and well furnished. Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and a small breakfast (toast, butter, jams, Nutella) and a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit are provided by Petra. That was really great and helpful. The atmosphere at the equestrian center is harmonious and peaceful. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. In the apartment, there are also tips for activities in the area and on the fabulous lakes. I recommend listening to nature, especially in the morning and evening😍
