Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available to use. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Right outside the house there is the cross country track and proximity to nice hiking trails and snowmobile trails up the mountain. With a walk, you can reach Vemdalsskalet Square where there is Ica, restaurants, interior store and sports shop. Alpine skiing in Vemdalsskalet, but also proximity to Björnrike, Storhogna and Klövsjö.
