Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with cooker,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

The best location for the year?

Central modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds but suitable for 6 people, combined kitchen/living room. 2 private car parks ! Toilet with shower and washing machine, drying cabinet in the hall. Fully-equipped kitchen as well as Wi-Fi, TV and chromecast. 2 Ski lockers outside door. Cleaning is included via a cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are not included. Note: - Weekly rental Sunday to Sunday Note: The 30-year limit applies to all residents of the apartment, or families with children - according to BRF regulations for a peaceful accommodation.

Bedlinen/towels not included, can be booked. Changeover SUNDAY high season, otherwise flexible. Tastefully renovated in recent years with nice finishes, kitchen with induction stovetop, oven, granite countertop, new fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bright sun terrace in approx. 15 sqm. Walking distance, 1 km, to train station and grocery stores in Åre centre.

Newly produced apartment, approx. 30 sqm, located in an architect-designed villa completed in 2020, at Åre's absolute best location! Tottens village road is Åre's oldest village and is an idyll only 10 min walk from Åre center where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, system companies, cafes, etc. Only 5 minutes walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åres ski system. Porch with wonderful views, morning and evening sun The apartment has its own entrance & parking & is located in a permanent residence.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home in beautiful Ottsjö. A cozy newly renovated upstairs apartment (60 sqm) with amazing mountain view! Ottsjö is a mountain village in the middle of the mountain world and close to everything. 2.8 miles to Åre 2 miles to Vålådalen 1 mile to Trillevallen Nice snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks around the corner. There is a dog run and fishing. 300 m to Ica Bua which has everything you need. Close to fantastic swimming. Departure cleaning may be arranged.

Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.
