The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Smart and efficiently planned space. In the house, there is a wood stove and wood. Sleeping loft 180 cm bed, large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Det ingår ett set med sängkläder och ett set med handduk per person. Det går att lägga till extra person då de finns möjlighet att ställa in en extra säng för en avgift så man kan bo tre stycken. Boendet har egen ingång. Kök med diskmaskin. 100 meter till Storsjön, 4,5 km till centrum, 50 meter till busshållplats med bra förbindelser. Skidskyttestadion ligger 5 km bort. Finns även ett alfapet spel.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Perfekt för en lugn vistelse i en timmerstuga med extra bekvämlighet. Endast 8 minuter från stan med bil.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
