In Erikslund, you live close to nature and you have about 1 km to the shopping center, about 2 km to the city center. The house is located next to long exercise and ski tracks that connect to the ÖSK-Östersund ski stadium and Spikbodarna, among other things. If you want to walk to the ski stadium, it is about 1.4 km. There are three bedrooms with 180 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm beds. There is also the possibility to make the sofa in the living room into two 80 cm beds. In the basement, there is a 160 cm bed, as well as two beds that are 80 cm.

Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

In a quiet villa area is our house which is perfect for families with children. The house is located 5 km from the center of Östersund which is easily reached by bus connection or car. If you are going to visit Storsjöcupen, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change needed. To Östersunds ski stadium, it takes 9 minutes by car. Nearby there are forest, horse roads and bike trails. Children can play in one of the nearby playgrounds, or in the plot where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

Former vicarage for rent on Frösön

Our home is located next to Frösö Church with great views of Storsjön and the mountain world. The house was former vicarage but is converted into two flats. We temporarily rent out the larger, about 300 m2, spread over two floors. In summer there are several cafes within walking distance or choose the golf courses one kilometer away or visit the composer Wilhelm Peterson-Berger's home Sommarhagen. A number of floor beds can be supplemented if required.
