Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ostfildern

I loved staying in Elmar’s place. Beautiful apartment with tall windows and lots of light in a great neighborhood, very close to great restaurants, bakeries, shops, and transportation. Walkable area and beautiful views. I would love to stay here again. Thank you, Elmar!

This was one of our favorite stays on our entire trip — Steffen’s apartment truly exceeded expectations. In fact, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s spacious, filled with natural light from both sides, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially loved the thoughtful layout, the dedicated office room (a rare and welcome feature), and the calming, beautifully styled decor. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into designing this place. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, feels intentional and welcoming. Communication with Steffen was smooth, and on check-out we had the pleasure of meeting his kind and friendly mom. A couple of things to note: the projector is a nice touch, but a standard TV might be more practical. A microwave and in-unit washer would also add convenience. Still, these were minor things in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

Appartamentino in un seminterrato ottimamente arredato, con tutti i comfort necessari, pulitissimo è attrezzato con apparecchiature di ottimo livello. Fresco, nonostante la temperatura calda fuori, non umido. Mohamed è stato ospite discreto e impeccabile, utile per avere informazioni su come muoversi. I dintorni sono tranquilli, una zona residenziale, con pochi servizi, anche se grandi supermercati sono raggiungibili sia a piedi che con una fermata di tram il tram in circa 20 minuti porta al centro della città, in definitiva un posto molto bello e tranquillo, un po' "in campagna" e un po' in città.

Die wohnung ist wunderschön. Und vor allem sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das beste ist die lage der wohnung, Stadtnah und der bahnhof ist auch nahdran. Für uns war das beste, dass die WG meiner tochter,die wir besucht haben, nur 2 minuten entfernt ist. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Gerne wieder!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The loft was conveniently located to transportation, shops and restaurants. Parking was also safe in garage with easy building access. The loft had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our visit.

Sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Eingerahmt von Natur. Ruhige als auch ausruhende, erholende Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Gemütliches Studio schön, gut und praktisch eingerichtet, genug Platz, Ausstattung perfekt. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber schnell und problemlos. Wenn möglich... kommen gerne wieder.

Es hat alles geklappt, wie ich mir vorgestellt hatte. Meine Familie fand die Wohnung sehr schön und gemütlich. Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Es war mega, bei Euch zu übernachten.

Good and calm place.

Steffen is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. Answered every question almost right away. When we needed something he came in less than 15 min. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. The living area and kitchen were well equipped and we had great breakfasts at the big dinning table.

Alles top, wie immer! Kleine Kritik an Schlafzimmer im OG: Hier gab es kaum Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen. Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Great value for money, with coffee and tea , superb location and great bakery next door !! Lovely are to walk around and lots of nice restaurants and cafe’s in the town.Everything you need and a real home from home

Es war wunderschön bei Helga im Häuschen bei der alten Mühle. Sehr viel Platz, sehr hell, sehr ruhig und ringsherum Naturgarten. Eier direkt vom Huhn, eine riesige Terrasse und eine perfekte, komplette Küche. Wunderbare Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, aber auch Schwäbische Alb und Schwarzwald. Bodensee ist auch in einer Stunde erreichbar.

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

Le séjour c’est super bien passé et l’appartement était nickel à notre arrivés! Sabin est très réactif et plutôt de bon conseil !

Die Kommunikation mit Stephan lief spitzenmäßig, die Wohnung ist schön groß und hell, super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich einfach total wohl. Da am Abreisetag keine neuen Gäste kamen, durften wir auch später auschecken, super stressfreie Abreise dadurch. Vielen Dank! Alles bestens, gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung :)

Wir konnten leider nur einen Nacht bleiben, waren aber ausgesprochen positiv beeindruckt von der kleinen Wohnung. Gerne hätten wir dort mehr Zeit verbracht! Sehr süße und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage – ganz nah an der U-Bahn und super angebunden an die Innenstadt sowie die Porsche- und Mercedes-Museen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und charmant. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man im Alltag brauchen könnte – sogar ein paar süße Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung, was uns total gefreut hat! Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Host super angenehm. Wir mussten ihn zwar nicht kontaktieren, weil alles perfekt war, aber er hat uns vorher sehr freundlich wissen lassen, dass er jederzeit erreichbar ist, falls etwas sein sollte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und den Host absolut weiterempfehlen! ❤️

Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Everything that we needed from washing machine, and iron to tea, coffee, bathroom items and so on was readily available. This place was perfect for my partner and I who were visiting friends in the area for a wedding. A generously spacious flat perfect for 2 people. There are tones of coffee shops in the area, great location and easily accessible. Next time we are visiting we know where we’ll be staying!

schöne wohnung für einen kurzen aufenthalt, wenn man nicht mitten in der stadt sein will/muss, aber dennoch mit guter anbindung. bis auf 2-3 kleinigkeiten war alles in bester ordnung und ulrike hat immer geantwortet und ihre hilfe angeboten :)

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Thomas war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sicherstellte, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten.
