How about resting at the Fortress, overlooking the city, close to everything you could need? Haldenhytta has a charm you discover as soon as you see the space at the top of the cobblestone hill. Here, the tour areas at Fortress meet the old downtown. The host lives here partly himself, so some private things will be there. It is possible to rent rooms for a more reasonable price, if guests want to stay here while the host is home. The house in the lush garden is located on the pilgrim trail. Canoe can be borrowed to explore parts of the Halden watercourse, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. The surrounding area also offers great hiking areas, where you can find the complete tranquility of nature. Boat can be borrowed on the condition that the fuel tank is filled up after use (mixed with 2% two-stroke oil). The boat is available from week 18-41.

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

The property is located in the middle of Halden city center with immediate proximity to EVERYTHING. The cleaning fee that is mandatory are made beds when you arrive in addition to towels and that we look over for you. You leave the house as you found it. From July 1 to July 31 only rentals of 3 nights or more
