Vargskär is located on Gräsö's eastern side and from here you can go directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is located near the lake with beautiful views of the fjord. To the swimming jetty and boat, it is just over 300 meters. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and a total of 8 beds. Winterized and can be used all year round.

Trampoline is available in the garden. Öregrund is an old idyllic fishing village, one of the few places on the east coast of Sweden where you can watch the sun set in the sea.

The house has four bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplace, state of the art kitchen, magnificent terrace and spacious sauna with a view. For guests there is free wood, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bicycles. 50 m away, sandy beach and fishing waters await. To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

Cozy and nice brewery right next to the sea

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with a sleeping loft with 3 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The little cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down at the same time.

Björnäs is located on Söderön between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5km and you come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cozy small swimming area. In the area there are walking trails in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel course. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet/shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom.

Villa Vamsta is a peaceful home in the middle of idyllic northern Roslagen. Enjoy a sunny breakfast on the deck surrounded by bird singing and beautiful forest. Large grassy areas for playing and running. Why not start the wood-fired sauna after dinner on the porch? There is a lot to see and discover in the area such as Forsmarks Bruk, or Lövsta Bruk. Cozy house by the sea in Herräng

Mysigt hus från 1900 talets början i Herräng. Bara några minuter till havet och bad på klippor eller strand. Medel standard och finns allt man behöver. Till Herräng är det 6 km och till Hallstavik där det finns fler affärer, apotek, systembolag m.m är det 16 km. Huset ligger i ett område mellan naturreservat så det finns otroliga naturupplevelser för den som vill. Vi har en grillplats vid havet som man kan nyttja. Vill man fiska går det bra. Lite inne och ute spel finns samt studsmatta.

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Så mycket att se här i östra Uppland; Öregrunds vackra båthamn och alla härliga sommarrestauranger; bland annat Melker Anderssons Bojabäs här finns även apotek, Systembolag, ICA och COOP, allt inom 20 minuter med bil. Sevärt är också Lövstabruks Herrgård med fint Värdshus för sommarluncher, Badsjö med badbrygga finns 4 min bort vid Forsmarks 1600-tals Herrgård. Bil behövs på denna vistelse, för att uppleva omgivningen och bygden. Och vädret…alltid soligt här i Norrby! Välkomna!

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep.
