Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

he was incredible kind and friendly person always warm and welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. it really made a difference added a personal touch to our experience. the accommodation was spotless tastefully decorated and located in a peaceful country side setting in pulia. we especially love the amazing pool it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. everything was exactly as we hope if not better. we fell completely at ease and would absolutely love to return. highly recommend.

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

Grazie per questo meraviglioso soggiorno. Vittorio é stato sempre molto disponibile, ci siamo trovati benissimo e non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci. Lo consiglio a tutti! La suite é davvero stupenda, tutti in ordine, tutto super pulito e tutto curati nei minimi dettagli.

Wspaniałe miejsce w urokliwej okolicy. Piękny dom z tradycyjnymi elementami i równie piękny ogród z basenem, szczególnie świetnie wyglądający po zmroku. Cicho i spokojnie, bezproblemowy dojazd, mnóstwo prywatności. Bardzo miły gospodarz, zawsze dostępny i pomocny. Z pewnością wrócimy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts , Mina and Andrea were very kind and left us a fabulous welcome basket and even provided fresh eggs from their chickens . The house was very clean and we enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. Lovely pool that was cleaned daily. Good central location for exploring the area with lots of experiences locally , pasta making, wine tasting ... Thank you for everything! 😎

Wir haben die Villa geliebt! Das Interior Design ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Die Villa ist an einer sehr ruhigen und atemberaubender Lage in aber dennoch sind genügend Möglichkeiten in wenigen Autominuten in der Umgebung erreichbar. Claudia war sehr zuvorkommend und klärte unsere Anfragen schnell ab. Maria Luisa war während unseres gesamtes Aufenthaltes stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und stellte uns Empfehlungen zusammen. Sie organisierte einen Kochkurs in der Villa, welcher auf unsere Wünsche angepasst war und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Wir können die Villa empfehlen nur empfehlen.

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

Appartement idéalement situé pour le tourisme. Très bien équipé et décoré. Sentiment de dépaysement tout en étant chez soi. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Fantastic stay. Location is perfect to walk around Ostuni, but quiet and private. The accommodation is beautiful, decorated wonderfully and well stocked. The bubbles and snacks included were a lovely addition. The pool and shower really make this place, it's like a mini spa all to yourselves. Finally, Sandra is a wonderful host. Always responsive, keen to help and easy to deal with. Highly recommend a stay here!

The apartment is really beautiful, and the town of Carovigno is gorgeous. Rosa Maria was really easy to communicate with and very kindly let us check in early. A great stay!

Très beau logement, meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Une terrasse sur le toit formidable pour de supers moments café le matin et dîner le soir. Les hôtes sont charmantes La dolce vita 😀

E stato un soggiorno molto affascinante. L’appartamento si trova nel pieno centro di Ostuni, è caratterizzato da splendidi soffitti a volta (attenzione a chi è alto più di 180-185cm) e dispone di un ingresso privato. Dentro l’appartamento gli spazi sono piccoli ma disposti bene, perfetti per una coppia. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. C’è da mettere in conto una camminata di circa 5 minuti in salita per arrivare all’appartamento, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena! L’unica pecca l’ho trovata nella cucina, l’impianto ad induzione è parecchio datato, e nel preparare il the la mattina abbiamo dovuto attendere molto tempo affinché l’acqua andasse in ebollizione. Non è stato un problema per noi dato che la sera abbiamo sempre cenato nei bellissimi ristoranti di Ostuni. Ultima nota: essendo in pieno centro storico, dormire con le finestre aperte può dare fastidio a causa dei rumori della gente nei locali sottostanti. Eventualmente è presente un climatizzatore per raffrescare l’ambiente.

Beautiful Ostuni home steps from fantastic restaurants, shopping and the town center. Accommodation was new with everything you could ask for. Simone, who is super warm, kind, and friendly, met with us to show us the space and made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful place to stay in Ostuni. It is truly a gem.

The space is charming, clean, and spacious for two — with the rooftop terrace being a real highlight. Andrea was very helpful and responsive, especially when we accidentally left the key inside; he came to assist us within minutes. Parking was a bit of a challenge during our mid-June stay, but we managed in the end. Overall, a great stay.

Fantastic place in the heart of Ostuni's old town. It is a little surprise away from the main crowds. The view from the top balcony is amazing. Very spacious and has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Apartment was lovely and clean. The amenities were great. 10 minutes away from the old town but we really enjoyed the nearby cafes and restaurants.

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

Nous avons passé un super séjour a Ostuni dans le logement de Maddalena. Le logement est très bien situé en plein centre historique où nous avons pu tout faire a pied. Une mention spéciale pour la terrasse du logement avec une vue imprenable sur tout le village magnifique. Maddalena a été très accueillante avec nous, elle nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires pour passer un super séjour. il y a des parking pas loin du logement facile d'accès, je recommande simplement de petit véhicule pour circuler dans Ostuni car certaines rue sont très étroite mais une fois que nous avons pris le coup de main c'était parfait pour accéder. je recommande vraiment le logement de Maddalena pour passer des vacances hors du temps dans un village et une région magnifique 🇮🇹 . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Tout a été parfait. Très bien situé, facile de trouver un stationnement. Logement très propre et aussi joli que sur les photos. Je recommande sans hésiter
