For those who want to live completely uniquely in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to nature and lake. You have your own patio with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorably beautiful nature and hiking trails. You appreciate having access to nice forest trails and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

Cozy cabin by the lake

We offer a whole summer cottage for relaxation. The cottage has a main building with a bedroom that accommodates a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, wood stove, refrigerator, dining area, wood stove and a sofa. The guest house, which is directly adjacent, has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the possibility to charge phones. There is a composting toilet indoors but we do not have running water. Drinking water, bed linens and towels are provided. The forest offers lots of berries and mushrooms

Welcome to Insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale lake Fryken's southern end. This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bicycles, kayaks and SUPs (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. Charming and cozy house in the countryside, where you can stay all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle mushroom picking spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you have found the right place.

Stuga Berg ligt heerlijk beschut in het bos. Maak een heerlijke wandeling door de bossen of neem een verfrissende duik in de Glafsfjorden en geniet daarna om het vuur van een lange zomeravond. Je hebt grote kans om hertjes te spotten, of – met wat geluk – een van de zeldzame witte elanden die in deze regio wonen.

Rural location near Arvika

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Här kan man ro med roddbåt, fiska och bada vid egen badplats. Njuta av solen på uteplatsen och vandra i skogen. Det finns även en allmän badplats, även den i Kolsjön som är belägen i samma sjö som den egna badplatsen. Tillgång till spel som kubb, crocket och badminton samt möjlighet att låna 2 stycken kajaker inkl flytväst och kapell. Om man önskar åka skidor så tar det ca 30 minuter till Valfjället.

Stuga med båt vy över sjön, och bra vandringsleder

Boende där du sköter dig helt själv och kan njuta av lugnet och den fina utsikten. Bra sjösystem för SUP el båt och utmärkta vandringmöjligheter i skogarna runtom. Fullt utrustad stuga där du kan elda i kaminen inne eller tända en brasa vid grillplatsen som ligger ostört från andra grannar. För största naturupplevelsen kan ni nyttja båten som ingår. Den eldrivna motorn gör att du kan glida fram ljudlöst genom de lummiga kanalerna precis runt hörnet. 10 min från shoppingcenter

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Lomtjärn

Enjoy the beautiful nature, become one with the surroundings around this soothing little pond, Lomtjärn, in our small forest. This is a place to just be, enjoy the silence and the bustling bird life and the fresh air. Here there are great opportunities to see the forest's animals and birds. Primus camping kitchen. Spacious outhouse with washing water drum. Solar lighting, mobile coverage, no wifi. Cleaning is included.

Homey and well equipped cottage with sauna

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
