Bear cabin is built with douglas fir log handcrafted with a unique and modern design. The vaulted ceiling and the old-fashioned pine t&g create this rustic and cozy cabin to enjoy. This cabin is like having your own private oasis to relax in after spending a day hiking around. The hot tub is wonderful to relax and rejuvenate. The Bear Cabin is comprised of 3 queen size beds (sleep 6 adults) with 1 private bedroom, loft bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, fire pit, and hot tub. The cabin has full amenities includes essentials, a hairdryer, hangers, linens, towels, kitchen condiments, and spices. This cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. Sorry, we do not accept pets due to allergies. Hot Tub disclaimer: The hot tub is an additional amenities and we will try our hardest to keep it working. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hot tub may not be working on your visit due to maintenance or an unexpected repair.

Drive 8 miles out and you will find the end of civilization and all the peace and quiet you ever wanted. No tourists, just wildlife, breathtaking scenery, a beautiful lake, incredible views of Denali on a clear day and your only neighbor to our 5 acre parcel is Denali National Park. Across the road within a short walk is 8 Mile Lake and some of the best views of Denali you will find.

We’d love for you to stay at our rustic dry cabin, 2 miles north of Healy, 12 miles from Denali National Park. Full kitchen, small but cozy cabin and a queen bed in the loft. Outhouse bathroom, NO shower or laundry. Outdoor fire pit and picnic table.
