The Bed & Wellness with sauna and soft tub is located in an old gardening village near Alkmaar, Bergen and Egmond. Close to the sea, beach, shops and restaurants. You will be staying in a self-contained guest house with a freestanding bath on the 1st floor. In the garden, you have complete privacy and can relax. Breakfast can be booked as an option at 15 euros p.p. The indoor sauna can be booked for 30 euros for 2 hours. Bicycles are available for rent. A tapas board is possible. Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

This great accommodation offers space for 5 people and is very stylishly decorated and is family friendly. It is a 300-meter walk from the public swimming pool and supermarket and is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Our location gives you all the possibilities to explore the area and is very centrally located for fun trips to the beach, the dunes, the IJsselmeer or cities such as Schagen, Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
