In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Vous désirez trouver un nid douillet de 50 m2 à Ancenis, ville bordant la Loire, entre Nantes et Angers, c'est bien ici. L'appartement se trouve en centre ville, sur une petite place, à 10 min à pied de la gare et à 5 min des promenades au bord de la Loire. La décoration est du type Scandinave mais chaleureuse. Il est bien équipé, tout est fourni, le linge de maison, de lit et de toilette. Il se trouve au 1er étage, sans ascenseur et le jardin est disponible aux locataires.

Gite Laiterie is a 6/8 person cottage It is located on our farm with a view of the Angevin countryside and the cowshed (where the cows live) A 40 m² living room/dining room/fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, induction hob, kettle, PROLINE combined coffee maker. A shower room and separate toilet Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1st a 160 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bed. The 2nd 3 beds of 90 x 190 cm, two beds can be put together. A 160 x 200 cm sofa bed subject to conditions

Boat at the dock, downtown Nantes

Experience the unusual side of Nantes aboard this spacious Dutch star moored at the pontoon, on the Erdre. Ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of the South Station (100 m). Alone, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, you can enjoy all the space of "La Jolyest", from the stern to the bow! The boat offers: a cabin with a double bed and a single berth, a cabin with two single beds, a kitchen area with, if necessary, a convertible double bed.

House in the countryside

The house is located in the countryside. It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm. In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, the singing of birds all day, frogs in the evening in summer. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate PRM. Terrace, parking, boules court.

Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
