The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Old farmhouse Owingen, Lake Constance, whole apartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock (steile Treppe ohne Handlauf) eines 300 Jahre alten Fachwerkhauses in ruhiger Lage in Owingen, ca 7 km oder 10 Minuten vom Bodensee entfernt. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Zu Fuß zwei Minuten entfernt, ist eine Bäckerei mit kleinem Supermarkt. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind zwei Gasthöfe, ein Dönerladen und ein Café, Metzgerei, Post, Banken und eine Apotheke.

Walk to the lake in swimsuits in the morning and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach bath 2 minutes away. The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
