Denna gamla mysiga stuga är nyrenoverad. Nu finns ett nytt fint kök, nytt helkaklat badrum samt ett nytt sovrum med två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, och ett vardagsrum med kamin. På tomten står en mindre stuga med två sängar. Vi har en bubbelpool året runt för 6 pers samt en uppvärmd pool sommartid, ca v24-32. Elbilsuttag. Några hundra meter bort finns en badbrygga med stege och sandstrand. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning med havet inpå knuten och skapa nya fina minnen.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
