This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! Football weekend rental/ Walking distance to Grove

Keep it simple at this centrally-located place. This quiet neighborhood is located 1/3 mile from the Grove and about a mile from downtown Oxford. The unit itself is self-contained and can host 4 adults. This one bedroom has a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a nice private deck off of the bedroom for a peaceful setting. It shares the same front porch as the main house and has two parking spots. No Smoking and no pets.
