A self-contained two-storey flat within our historic country house, in a peaceful location yet only 2km from central Oxford: the best of both worlds. A huge bedroom on the first floor with charming views over the orchard; go up its own small winding staircase to a sitting room with dining area, a small kitchen (with fridge, cooker, microwave and toaster) and private bathroom (with shower over the bath). Occasional extra guests can stay in the two sofa beds, for a charge of £20 per bed per night

No. 23 in Jericho, Oxford is sparkling clean, has been refurbished throughout & offers free parking. It's very welcoming & has been set up to give you the best possible stay. The garden has gas BBQ with seating/dining area with canal views. Oxford centre is just a 15 min stroll away, Jericho with it's bars & restaurants a 4 min walk & Port Meadow is very close. The house is on a quiet, set back road. Perfectly placed, it's a little oasis. PLEASE NOTE: No.23 isn't suitable for children 8 & under.

The basement flat is small but ideal for short stays. Steep stairs down, not suitable for mobility problems. Empty the day before guests arrive and the cleaning is thorough. The kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, hob, kettle and most things you will need. Beautiful 60ft traditional narrow boat on the river, 240v is only available when the engine is running. We have wifi and external cctv. It is clean, warm, safe and has a chemical boat loo. The beds are all very comfortable and consist of one main double & bunk and one sofa bed, all in separate rooms. The boat is mainly on the river and we have a wide plank for access, making the boat unsuitable for wheelchairs, elderly or infirm. The boat has been on Inspector Lewis. The boat is NOT a hotel.
