Our cottage is located within the gates of Samsons Whitetail Mountain. Nestled near the Shawnee National Forest, allows for the best hiking, biking, and rock climbing locations. Plan a trip to Garden of the Gods or Jackson Falls or Tunnel Hill Trail and spend the evening roasting hotdogs around the fire ring while watching the many animals on the property. This special place is in the middle of the Shawnee National making it a short drive to many favorite hiking locations Burden falls,Jackson falls,Bell smith springs, Garden of the gods, We also offer guided horseback riding into the Shawnee on our horses or u can bring your own on vacation and we have room to stable them and guide u everyday to a different location in the Shawnee to see. The cottage is on a horse farm with a large yard to play in and enjoy the stars at night around a campfire

Whitetail Cabin

Whitetail Cabin is a nice quiet house back in the woods, just a stones throw from the Shawnee National Forest. The Garden of the Gods and Indian Kitchen are only a short drive away for hiking, rock climbing and Wildlife Adventures. Dixon Springs State Park is only 12 miles away with a pool, hiking and the famous Chocolate Factory with homemade chocolates and ice cream. Nearby attractions are Lake Glendale with fishing, swimming and kayaking. Millstone Bluff and Burden Falls for site seeing.

Shawnee National Forest getaway.

Welcome to the Shawnee and "Corinth"! The structure in which you will be staying was formerly a two room schoolhouse that's been transformed into a residence. The school's name was Corinth, hence the name of this establishment. Accessed by a private outside entrance with a deck, the space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway, a full bath and a beverage/ closet nook. The deck is a great place to sit and relax while watching the birds, squirrels, rabbits, chickens, and ducks!

The Potel Tiny Home 14x40

Tiny home nestled on the edge of the Shawnee National Forest. A cozy one bedroom with full closet and stacked washer and dryer the bed is a full size. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. It does not have a dishwasher. Living room has a smart TV sign in to your Netflix, Sling, YouTube TV etc. Wi-fi provided. No cable. Full bathroom with shower unit. Some of our guest has said sitting on the porch watching the beautiful sunsets each night was an added bonus for staying with us.
