Excellent experience. The house is beautiful, tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail to make you feel at home. The terrace offers a truly breathtaking sunset view and is perfect for dining with the family. Thanks to Marco for the hospitality and to Serena for the warm welcome.

StoneHouse Giuliana@Villa Patrizia-sea,capers&figs

We stayed with G. in the preseason. The facility is beautiful and invites you to stay. The pool is great and there are lots of niches to relax. San Pietro alone in bevagna is not the great place. Although not far away down the coast to Gallipoli are beautiful places and nature reserves. And Taranto is also worth a trip. Giovanna speaks fluent German and was great in contact.

What a incredible home and location! Some of the best beaches I’ve ever seen within walking distance. Had an incredible time hanging out at the beach on day beds, exploring nearby towns and chilling at night on the outdoor balcony 👌

Home Lifichi, a chic suite in apulian countryside

KericRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an amazing 4 nights in Maruggio in early June. The weather was hot but the aircon and the spectacular pool kept us cool! The property is less than 10 mins drive to the beach which was very handy. Annalisa was incredibly responsive and helped us out nearly everyday with stuff that we needed. She gave us local restaurant recommendations and told us which beach was the best to go to with a baby. The property has everything you need for an amazing, rural, south Italian stay, from the basic kitchen facilities to the (paid) laundry on site, they offer a sweet Italian breakfast of pastries, coffee, fruit etc (at 7 Euro's a person) and the swimming pool is just brilliant. We will definitely stay again if we go back to this part of Italy.

Lupa di Mare-Maestrale Deluxe Studio Garden

LuciaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Lupa di Mare's apartment perfectly matches the description. It is in fact a large studio where there is a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen area and a nice bathroom with a large shower. Everything has been recently built (or renovated). The apartment also has a patio (with table, chairs, sofas, loungers...) that partly shares with the accommodation next door but from which it is independent. Punta Prosciutto beach is 50 meters away. It is useful to have a car because the country consists of a few houses and has only one place that is also a mini (very mini)market. The host was extremely attentive and kind.

Upstairs by the sea

PascalRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
House very well located in a very quiet environment. Pietro is very available and has a real sense of hospitality. Ideally located to radiate on the territory and with a small beach nearby (2 min walk) to swim safely and snorkel (which is a real plus, because in Italy the beaches are either private: overloaded, or difficult to find for access to the water due to the geological specificities of the coast). We were a couple and really enjoyed this house.

The Breath of the Sea - Salento Selection

ScottRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Amazing house and location. The house is beautiful and offers sun and shade while outside while it's a 40 second walk to the beach, where because of public entrances, the homes private beach access naturally limits the amount of people that are there. Best part of the beach. Everything is perfect. Get off your phone and live - that was the vibe and the host was perfect as well. Always available and easy to get ahold of. I recommend 10/10 if you want a true beach house House 10/10 Beach 10/10 Access to beach 10/10 Local restaurants 10/10
