Patrizia and her husband are really friendly and helpful. The chalet, nestled in the Dolomites, is a real slice of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the silence that the surrounding space imposes.

Our stay was fantastic. Plenty of room for the bikes and all. Nice rooms. 3(!) bathrooms. And a nice garden to enjoy the sun.

I gave my husband a weekend stay for his birthday. The place is truly enchanting, ideal for those who want to unwind and relax. An incredible view, you can access the stove in the house for a romantic atmosphere and cook the meat yourself with the barbecue provided. The owners were really super helpful, they brought us everything we needed to have a wonderful experience, Angelo and his daughters are really lovely people. The only thing is that since there is no electricity, there is no possibility of drying your hair with a hair dryer, but they are working on it and we hope they will soon be able to bring electricity up too.

We had a wonderful stay . The house is in a beautiful setting , we felt cared by the hosts who were warm and welcoming . A real place to getaway from it all . The house was well heated and super clean with a well equipped kitchen . Many thanks !!

We had a great time at Mauro & Family's place! The location is wonderfully secluded - exactly what we were looking for. Many beautiful forest paths right on the doorstep and the Ledersee can be reached in a few minutes by car. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very nice place to stay with absolutely fantastic views. Ivana and Tullio are the best hosts - always accommodating, helpful and available. There are few opportunities to hike directly at the house, but by car there are endless possibilities to visit the most beautiful places ( with and without tourists). The house is super equipped and lovingly decorated. It was a great holiday!

Great communication and support throughout our stay. Scenic and calm environment, clean and very equipped house. The kitchen and the barbecue are highlights. I don‘t remember having slept better for 7 days in a row. Book it now!

We spent a week in this chalet with friends, and it was nothing short of wonderful! The place is perfect for nature lovers and offers lots of activities: outdoor grills, ping pong, foosball, bicycles to explore the breathtaking surroundings... it's really a lovely place! Inside, we found board games, a turntable with a great selection of vinyl, and much more. We felt right at home! Fausto is an extremely friendly and helpful host. An example? Being a pastry chef, I needed a scale, but therewasn't one in the house. Fausto immediately sent Carla, a very welcoming lady, to buy it. I was speechless! Highly recommended, really SUPER!

We where two families with children renting the house. The house was exactly as described and it was amazing. Its a really good kitchen with all you can want and some more, you could do laundry in the basement and the house is in the heart of Valpolicella. We will use this house again when we visit next time.

We had rented all three residential units and spent four great days with friends. Well-equipped apartments, clean, and appealing. An ideal base for various excursions within a radius of about 40 minutes. Good and quick communication, a thank you to Alessandra.

A great place to stay with genuine ski-in/ski-out. We stayed here with a second family and thoroughly enjoyed both the property and the slopes. Facilities were great, boot room was super helpful with 9 people - we'd definitely come back for another trip!

Friendly and helpful host Very large and spacious place Sauna/projector/gym are very welcome plus and we used them a lot. Spectacular views of the valley and snow-capped mountains. Nearby ski resort Great choice for a time in the area

I give 5 stars for Stefano's place as I really like houses with history and individual charm! We were there as a family with 10 adults, teenagers a baby and a dog and spent the week wonderfully in high summer temperatures. We loved the shaded outdoor spots, the garden level with beautiful lawn, the sunny pool, the incredibly beautiful views and the family character of the house! As a resident of this house, however, you should not be too tall, as the rooms are not high (especially the sleeping arrangements in the roof are actually only suitable for children) and reasonably mobile, as it is also narrow and the stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. The house was absolutely clean upon our arrival and communication with Stefano was great! I highly recommend the house. Discuss specialties and needs with Stefano beforehand and you will have a great time!
