This place was amazing! Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was excellent! There was extra things there that made it nice on me and not to have to make a list and run to the store after a long day of skiing, like laundry detergent and sandwich bags, and coffee. It was great. We enjoyed playing cards too with my family.

Great place, would stay here again. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking easy. Also had several board games and puzzles for entertainment. Place was clean and had everything would need.

We loved the place, closed to everything waltmart 5 min away.. the river was a few steps from our room window… just beautiful we definitely will be coming back!

Place was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal if you like to be outside the hustle and bustle of town but still close to shops and restaurants.

It was a good base price but with all the added fees, it was more than expected. That being said, we enjoyed the property and our stay.

Condo was fantastic and a great location with lots to do. Will definitely stay again in this condo and very comfortable.

The location of this place was perfect, with beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere that suited my family and me perfectly. The apartment itself was just what we were looking for, with plenty of nearby shops within walking distance. However, the cleanliness could have been better. We noticed some stains in the bathroom and cobwebs around the house, so a deep clean would make a big difference. Overall, we'd consider staying here again, but hopefully, the cleaning will be improved next time.

Stayed here with my daughter for a spring break ski trip. This place was perfect for us. We were super comfortable, the location is beautiful and nearby a great pizza place and burger joint. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. For being on this side of town, getting to the ski area was quick and painless. I would absolutely stay here again!

5 Stars – Awesome Stay! Me and three friends stayed here for a ski trip to Wolf Creek, and it was perfect! The place was super clean, really comfortable, and in a great location—close to town but also an easy drive to the mountain. After long days of skiing, it was awesome to come back to a cozy spot to relax. The host was great and made everything easy. Totally worth the money, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

LOVE this place! The location is perfect, right next to Rosie’s Pizzeria and 30 minutes to Wolf Creek. This condo is super spacious and would be perfect for a family. My boyfriend and I stayed for Thanksgiving and were able to prepare an entire feast using equipment already in the kitchen. The home is exactly as pictured. My favorite is the fire place. I can’t say enough good things. Communication was 10/10. Can’t wait to book here again.

Thanks so much Irene for being super responsive from when my original air bnb didn’t work out, to the day I left. Everything was wonderful and I was able to spend some quality time with a dear friend with no worries and a comfortable place to stay. I would stay here again!

We are a New Mexico based landscaping company that is currently working a project here, Pagosa Springs, CO, and the stay's description and availability seemed to fit our needs for the crew and the timeframe we scheduled. The crew enjoyed their stay!

Lovely apt clean centrally located . Duke answered our questions and was helpful . There is local heavy construction going on . It did not bother us but we are early risers and spent th day out at the glorious hot tubs which you can walk to . All in all a lovely stay . ❤️

Awesome place! Kitchen is FULLY stocked, and I appreciated the little details like a quality hair dryer and the tub pillow. Walk right next door to Black Bart’s for the best brunch and chai lattes! And it’s a 5 minute walk to everything downtown, including the hot springs and San Juan river. Lovely little town!

If you’re going to Pagosa, do not hesitate to book this gem! All you need is your clothes- this place is loaded to the max! So comfy you’re at home immediately. Close to everything and it’s just a lovely stay. Host checked in multiple times by text. Pleasant stay. 5/5!

I loved staying at Jan's place in Pagosa Springs. It was a lovely place with plenty of space, quiet and scenic beauty. I stayed in a very roomy and exceptionally clean 2 bed room unit. I loved that it was on the bottom floor. The patio faced the property's lake, at night it was was so pretty. Stay a few days if you can, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back!

Got in late, woke up at 5 AM. Looked out the window and was WOWED! Woke up my wife who likes to sleep late. She was WOWED by the sight off the deck too at the beautiful lake. It got light still WOWED! Wish I had scheduled a longer visit.

Anna was very accommodating of our travel dates. Despite at first letting me know that the listing wasn’t correctly updating availability, she was able to find a unit that worked for us after a 2nd inquiry. Check-in was easy through Club Wyndham, the unit had a gorgeous view of the lake, and it was a peaceful stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool at the on-site rec center and thought it was so cool to sleep in the 2nd bedroom lock off. Thanks, Anna, for allowing us to book through you!

My kiddo (10 years old) and I stayed for spring break and had such a great time! The unit we were assigned was amazing and had everything we needed and more. We played in the pool multiple times daily and relaxed taking walks and exploring the resort. It was a fun environment with activities and games. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable. We'll be back sometime!

We had a great time! The location is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable and soft. The TV was large and had good selection and the WiFi was fast and free.
