Holiday rentals with beach access in Paia

A++++++ owners, place was great for what we needed. Sleeps 2-3 comfy, might be able to squeeze in a 4th. Full mini kitchen, patio, pool/spa/BBQ’s, tennis courts. 1/4 mile walking distance to beach. Cute wildlife w/ birds & chicken all over property. Everyone was friendly. 5-10min from downtown Kihei shopping & grocery stores.

We really enjoyed the relaxing environment. It was close to the beach. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of the evenings.

Perfect place to enjoy Maui with beach view from balcony. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super well equipped! We had a toddler and there was a pack n play, dining chair booster, a few toys, and baby utensils! Megan was super responsive and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the walk down the beach to the sugar beach bakery.

Being really sick in Maui is no fun. Being directly across from a beautiful beach was the saving grace! The home was very inviting and well-appointed. The extras, such as beach chairs, was very helpful. Having an in-place washer and dryer was very nice. While we didn't see much of Maui (thankfully, this wasnt our first trip), having a comfortable to rest was very welcomed. Great hosts; highly recommend a stay here.

Clean and easy accom, Emma was easy to deal with. The place was relaxing. Outdoor shower a standout.

The Gingerbread House turned out to be a dream of a spot for our long weekend on Maui. Each morning we awoke before dawn to a peaceful serenity followed by the growing din of island bird calls. We had our choice of balcony or ground floor patio spots for coffee to watch the geckos flit about. A cozy interior awaited us each evening upon our return as a sea of stars filled the night sky away from the light pollution of modernity. A gem of a stay, and can't wait to return.

Overall good place to stay- very large and open layout. Clean and had most everything we needed. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and a park. Parking was good, fairly quiet street. Had lots of extra beach stuff to use (cooler, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, swimming stuff, snorkeling stuff)

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. Our stay in Hāna was truly unforgettable, and Lily and Gray were the most gracious and welcoming hosts. Their home is a serene paradise—perched with an incredible ocean view that made every moment feel magical. The open-concept design and stunning wrap-around deck were absolute highlights, letting us soak in the beauty of Hāna from every angle, whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or stargazing at night. Adding to the charm were two gentle horses grazing nearby, which brought such a peaceful, grounding energy to the property. It was the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and just breathe. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape surrounded by nature’s beauty, this is it. We can’t wait to return and experience it all over again. This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

John’s place was perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t want to stay in a resort, but wanted access to all the island had to offer- this was the spot. Easy to access upcountry, get to the swimmable beaches, watch world Class surfing, good food. Being across the street from the store made grabbing breakfast, poke and sandwiches a breeze. The cottage was clean, quiet, and cozy.

Staying at the Kula Jewel is nothing short of the perfect experience. Pamela made sure to personally welcome us, show us around and direct us to local shops. We should have just spent our entire time in Hawaii here, as the views and perfect design of the home gave us the experience of staying with a close friend. Stocked kitchen, great linens, pool and hot tub, bbq and all of the perfect details that make vacations special, Pamela really takes care in making her guests feel at home. The stunning interiors partner with the unique shape of the house, making the Maui landscape picturesque from sunrise to sunset. We will have a place to call our Maui spot when visiting from now on.

Our two weeks at Eve’s place was delightful! If you are looking for a lovely place to enjoy your time in Maui, Eve’s is perfect. The condo was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. We picked a different place to discover each day. After exploring, we loved coming back to the condo to chill. The view from the lanai was incredible. We ate our morning/evening meals and spent all our spare time on the lanai. We loved watching the sky, waves, turtles, and the boats coming and going. The vibe is peaceful and relaxing. The best way to start and end each day!

Beautiful location & conveniently close to beaches!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Nick and Chelsea were very responsive regarding any questions I had. The location is near everything - beaches, shopping, restaurants. I also appreciated that there were ample amounts of parking. If you are planning on staying in Kihei, do not hesitate to book this spot! I will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay & we’ve stayed in Airbnbs on Maui many times. This one I will happily book again. The condo building & grounds are immaculate and Ralph’s place is exactly as described. It’s not big (excellent use of mirrors to reflect the water views back inside) but it’s very comfortable, has a great central location & everything we needed for our work/vacay stay. The king bed is better quality than many hotels, the a/c worked great & having a washer/drier is for us, a must. Excellent coffee and espresso machines too, Ralph was super kind to leave lovely goodies: a bag of coffee, chocolate & wine. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the nearby harbor, market/diner, (killer pancakes) the aquarium and Starbucks. Many excellent cruises go out of the harbor so leave your car at the condo & you won’t be running late & searching for a paid parking space at the harbor like we watched many people do. The patio was lovely and it was SO quiet and peaceful at Ralph’s 24 hours a day.

The location was central to everything, making it so easy to get to all our planned activities and food spots. Whether heading to the Road to Hana, hanging at the beaches or having dinner, this Airbnb made it all convenient. The space itself was well-equipped, just the right size for two. While it may not be ideal for a group of 3, it had everything we needed, plus an unbeatable ocean view that made every morning feel magical. On top of all that, the host Sarah and Joe were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. 10 stars if we could give them! We absolutely loved our week here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Maui. Mahalo!!

Great host and great home! Dmitrys home had everything we needed for our vacation and more, much better than a stay at a hotel. Perfect location, very close to food and markets and we felt we were right in the middle to explore the whole island. See you again next summer!
