Our family had an amazing stay at this stunning apartment! The space was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view was absolutely gorgeous and even better than the photos. Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay her attention to detail is impeccable and the little extra touches were really thoughtful. We had a great last minute stay and the location was perfect for visiting family and getting to explore Torbay. Easily walkable to the beach and train station and a short drive to lots of places to explore. The apartment had everything we needed and the welcome treats were a lovely suprise. The low ceiling in the bathroom, hall and second bedroom might have been difficult for my husband for a long stay, but we were well prepared and it was fine for a couple of nights. The place was really clean and parking was easy. Will be recommending to others looking for something similar. Thank you!

Pete and Sue were absolutely fantastic hosts, taking the time out to speak with my and my partner and recommending places nearby. The annex was absolutely beautiful, clean and neutrally decorated making it the perfect place to unwind and relax with the added bonus of the balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed enjoying the sun on. The scones, cream and jam was a really nice touch along with the croissants at breakfast although we totally forgot to bring them. That’s fine, just means we’ll have to visit again soon! The pictures really do not do this place justice it is truly a amazing apartment and the host is always very fast to respond and helpful.

David was an amazing host. we have stayed in a fair few Air B&B and David has been by far the best host. We did not stay in the Air B&B it was my father in law for our wedding. My father in law has health conditions and when I explained this to David he was really empathetic and and understanding. David regularly messaged me asking if my father in law needed anything, David really went above and beyond. David really made my father in law feel comfortable and welcome. I cannot recommend David's properties enough and we will be telling all our friends and family about him and his properties for when they come and stay in the South West. Thank you David for really taking any stresses we had away and making my father in laws stay really special.

Fabulous penthouse, beautifully decked out with everything you could wish for!! The views are superb and it was lovely to drink them all in from the balconies or inside. Our friend is not too clever on his feet so it was perfect to drive into the garage & get the lift. It all worked extremely well. Thank you Kelly for allowing us to stay in your amazing penthouse, we loved it!

What a lovely little flat. Ideal for 3 of us. very clean and tidy. everything we needed including some tasty coffee in the kitchen. Not accessible for anyone with walking difficulties as on steep hills, like most of the Torquay area and stairs to access the flat. We had fun days out and about then relaxed in the evenings back ta Pavel's place. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved the look of the place when I first saw it listed. actually "Fabulousser" ( New word) than the pictures . Everything highend no skimping on quality. A magnificent bolt hole. A bit daunted by the steps but probably did me the world of good. A 76 year old teenager with arthritic joints and an issue with my ticker. The thought of a few beers in the fabulous Blue Anchor a great incentive, I wish it was nearer I'd be there more often both the apartment and Brixham. Well done Chris and Kelly

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

This is a smart beautifully decorated flat with very tasteful furniture and fittings. Ideally placed for exploring Ashburton on foot and local beaches and Dartmoor very close. With our daughter living in Buckfastleigh we will be back to stay.

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

Adrian's place is cosy and peaceful. There's a lovely spot out the back in the garden for breakfast/ cuppa. Adrian was easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries re. the booking. A lovely place to stay to explore Dartington and the surrounding area.

Amazing location close to Burrator reservoir and open moorland. Really close to Plymouth & Tavistock. The Burrator Inn is close by who has a great menu and 🍻. Check in was painless and the accommodation was perfect. I met the family and all really lovely people. Will rebook and see you again soon.

A lovely self contained place to stay in Salcombe with off street parking, all as shown on the listing. Chris was attentive, super helpful with info and only a message away at any point.

A lovely place in a beautiful location. The house was spotless with comfy beds and great kitchen facilities. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk provided as well as a treat for our dog. A travel cot was also provided for our 5 month old which was great. The view from the decking is so peaceful and so quiet. Just the relaxing bank holiday weekend we were after.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

We hope to return again next year! It was perfect.
