Holiday rentals with a patio in Pakoštane

There were four of us with a dog and we had a great stay. The view from the beautiful terrace is fantastic. The sea is just a few steps away, there are beautiful berths under the pine trees, a larger beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Boris was always helpful and quick to reach. I'm sure to come back.

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

The apartment is clean and comfortable, close to the sea and the city center. A little small kitchen.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We spent two wonderful weeks with our children in this apartment. The view of the sea and the Kornati is indescribably beautiful. You are so close to the sea that you can hear the sound of the waves. The beach is great and is ideal for snorkeling and SUP. Valentina's parents were very nice and warm hosts. After the first week, fresh towels were brought to us by Vesna. That was a great service. Amazing place! The apartment looked just like the pictures and the view was just stunning! The location was perfect, 10-15min drive to old town but there is a nice beach and beach bar just down the road. Would have been a plus if there were standard supplies like shampoo, clothing detergent, olive oil and spices so we didn’t need to throw it out.

Very beautiful house!! Sanja is a lovely host, always made sure that we felt good and had everything, she recommended trips/sights and even made us cake! Thank you Sanja, we had the most relaxed and beautiful time!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can fully recommend this villa. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

The accommodation is super close to the water and is very quiet. We used one of the kayaks for a trip, which is really highly recommended! All in all, very nice! :-)

This accommodation is really something very special, extremely large, especially the huge terrace, which offers every support. If you want to learn about the country and its people, you've come to the right place. You immediately feel at home. We especially enjoyed the different attentions, sometimes there were free eggs, from the free-range chickens, then freshly harvested cherries or garlic. We will definitely come back again.

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful vacation and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

Great place, with a supermarket just opposite and a great view. We had a wonderful time and would come back.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen and two balconies. Everything was clean, great location. We didn’t quite like the beach which was nearest the accomodation (main road nearby, lots of sea weed), so we drove to another with car. Definitely reccomend Filip and Darja 😊
