Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration.
