Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

la villa circondata da un grandissimo giardino dispone di spaziose verande attrezzate, e di una bellissima piscina privata completamente riservata. E' composta da ampio salone con zona pranzo, cucina con piano cottura a induzione, forno, frigo e lavastoviglie; due camere matrimoniali di cui una con accesso diretto alla piscina e una terza camera doppia, due bagni con doccia e una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda, nel giardino si trova inoltre una bella zona Bbq con forno per la pizza.

È un ampio ambiente di circa 50 mq, con la zona letto separata e un divano letto singolo nella zona giorno. All’esterno, nel cortile , ci sono la lavanderia e il freezer. È una casetta di paese che ho ristrutturato senza snaturarne le caratteristiche,ha un angolo cottura con due fuochi ad induzione , smart tv nel soggiorno , la Connessione wifi, pompa di calore caldo/freddo.
