The house offers you the tranquility of a small town a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore, the Ossola Valleys and the Toce cycle path. Bikes, a crib with bars, a high chair and outdoor games are available for guests. The accommodation is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen (equipped with linens and dishes).

"Mozzio Antica" is an ancient residence located in the historic center of the small hamlet. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), in the mountains of the Antigorio Valley, at an altitude of 820 meters above sea level. In 2015 it was renovated with the utmost care and attention and in accordance with the local architecture, giving it delicate tones and precious details. It is a detached mountain house with an exclusive garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

A villa immersed in tranquility and nature, set in a large park of an ancient villa overlooking the Val d'Ossola. The accommodation consists of a large and cozy independent studio, an open space of about 30 sqm just renovated, with a view of the garden. It is located in the small village of Creggio, at the foot of the medieval tower of the same name and the municipality of Trontano, in a strategic position, close to the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Domodossola.

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
