La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.

We have 2/6 beds (including 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed and a sofa bed 1/2 , a kitchen ,2 terraces, one with barbecue , a laundry room and two parking spaces with a charging station.
