Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce logement. Les lieux étaient très propres et spacieux. Le fait d'avoir une salle de bain complète par chambre est un atout considérable pour une grande famille. Nos hôtes se sont montrés proactifs et réactifs. Ils étaient très gentils, nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils et recommandations. Tout s'est déroulé de manière facile et fluide. À notre arrivée, des aliments de base nous attendaient au frigo et dans les armoires, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié après un long voyage. Le logement est facilement accessible et du stationnement gratuit et à l'ombre juste devant était toujours disponible, ce qui est un avantage significatif dans le secteur, souvent bondé en raison de la plage à proximité. Le seul inconvénient est le fait que le logement se trouve à côté d'un boulevard assez bruyant. Il est difficile de se détendre sur la terrasse car le bruit des voitures, camions et motos est incessant du matin au soir.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Aldos Unterkunft. Wir waren 4 Personen (2 Pärchen) es war genug Platz so das man in dieser Unterkunft sich jeder auch etwas zurückziehen konnte. Der Papa von Aldo wohnt direkt hinter der Unterkunft und war sehr aufmerksam und bei allen Fragen und Anliegen direkt vor Ort. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen! Danke

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso questa struttura da subito l’host è stato disponibilissimo alle nostre esigenze. L’alloggio si presenta come descritto, ci siamo sentiti a “casa” nel periodo trascorso; la casa è molto accogliente e sono presenti tutti i comfort e soprattutto ho notato a quanto l’host ci tenga alla pulizia della struttura e in particolare alla sanificazione dei sanitari. L’alloggio è in una zona molto tranquilla e ben defilata dai rumori della città. In zona sono presenti vari servizi in caso di necessità così come vari supermercati, farmacia,tabacchi, pizzeria, panificio e minimarket. Si evince facilmente la passione e la dedizione dell’host anche per l’ottimo stato degli arredi e la cura nei particolari. Inoltre l’host si è adattata alle esigenze e/o richieste fatte venendo sempre incontro a queste.

Five Stars! This apartment in Palermo was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The stunning water views made every morning feel like a postcard. The host’s pick-up and drop-off service to the airport was seamless—punctual, professional, and incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laura, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She shared great restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. She made it clear we could reach out anytime for help. We highly recommend this apartment and all the services provided by the host. Grazie mille, and bravo!
