Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

The accommodation is not far from Mondello (15-20 min by bus) and not far from Palermo center (30 min), which makes it well located. If you are looking for a place to be between two it is very good, no bars/activities within walking distance however. Otherwise, a very good restaurant is less than 10 minutes' walk away. Fabio was welcoming and available to us

We had a super nice stay at Aldo's place. We were 4 people (2 couples) there was enough space so that you could retreat a little in this accommodation. Aldo's dad lives right behind the property and was very attentive and directly on site for all questions and concerns. We will definitely be back! Thank you

I stayed with my family at this property right away the host was very helpful to our needs. The accommodation is as described, we felt "at home" in the past period; the house is very welcoming and there are all the comforts and above all I have noticed how much the host cares about the cleanliness of the structure and in particular the sanitization of the sanitary ware. The place is in a very quiet area and well away from the noise of the city. In the area there are various services if needed as well as various supermarkets, pharmacy,tobacco, pizzeria, bakery and convenience stores. It is easy to see the host's passion and dedication for the excellent condition of the furnishings and attention to detail. In addition, the host has adapted to the needs and/or requests made, always responding to these needs and/or requests.

Five Stars! This apartment in Palermo was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The stunning water views made every morning feel like a postcard. The host’s pick-up and drop-off service to the airport was seamless—punctual, professional, and incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laura, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She shared great restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. She made it clear we could reach out anytime for help. We highly recommend this apartment and all the services provided by the host. Grazie mille, and bravo!

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊
