We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

I stayed with my daughter. We loved this studio. It is set up perfectly. Big bathroom. Tons of towels. Everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the book of recommendations which is also available on the site listing. We felt so safe and comfortable here. Very responsive when I had a question. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean and cozy apartment. The backyard space is beautiful for sunsets.

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

The Turtle's Nest is an adorable little place, very homey, clean, well stocked - even with extra supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the beach just steps out the back door! Rebecca and Rob communicated immediately - they live next door so they are available to help, if anything is needed. They definitely understand how to offer an exceptional rental experience. This place is a gem, we will be back!

Large specious house nicely decorated with a great pool with canal front!!! Ann is a wonderful host who responds very quickly and is very nice and accomodating. the place is spotless, very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable as well as the living room! there are thoughtful details throughout the place to make your stay pristine! Our family had the BEST time at our recent stay at The Lazy Green Turtle. It truly is a special place. The house is so well stocked of items you might need - kitchen tools, bathroom products, entertainment and supplies for our kids, and a garage FULL of beach items. Seriously, you don’t need to pack anything for the beach, there is even a beach bag available. Host is spectacular at communicating instructions, information, and recommendations. My only complaint is our time spent there simply wasn’t long enough. Our family is already talking about returning again next year.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to a quiet, stunning beach, and we appreciated having beach chairs and gear available. The backyard pool area felt like a private garden retreat—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Great restaurants were just minutes away, and communication with the host was excellent. The whole family loved it—highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Incredibly clean. Backyard goes to the water with a dock to hangout. Patio area with a hot tub. Game room was fun for the kiddos! Had everything you could need. If you’re into coffee, you have pretty much every method of brewing available! Dining area in the sun room was a nice touch

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house has a great set up for our family and we enjoyed being on the water and the pool. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great for everyone to hang out and relax! I would recommend her home to anyone especially if there are multiple couples it was comfortable for all of us!

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

Rae's place is amazing. Exactly as listed. Location could not be ANY better...right on the sand and perfect distance to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

This is the perfect location for your trip. Beautiful and quiet beach right next to the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only 15-20 min from downtown and a very easy drive. The condo is great and has everything you need. Would 1000% stay again

Great value for the views!! Loved looking out at the beach! Would definitely come back. Could use an update on the living room furniture. And the front door is quite tough to close without making noise. Bring your own body wash and shampoo. A nice efficiency spot.

Great stay at Joe’s place. The view is spectacular. The unit had everything needed for fun beach days. Clean and relaxing space. Super convenient beach access and close to the pool. Joe was a responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best rental my family has ever gotten. Walked to the beach and great food selections. Had toys for the kids and multiple items for the beach for use.
