The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

If you decide to come to Ca' Mea , you will find yourself in a small but cozy apartment on the main street of the village, the Carugio , with bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlours and shops.From the window overlooking the sea you can enjoy the view of Palmaria Island and the marina. A short walk away gives you a chance to take a bath, and in five minutes you arrive at the ferry boarding for the Five Lands.
