Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

No smoking in our home. No third-party bookings. That means the person booking our home must be 25 and staying in our home the entire length of the reservation. Ideally located between the beach and Grand Lagoon. Sport-fishing enthusiasts bring your boat and dock right outside the back door. Boat Trailer parking only on-site with wash-down. Lots of room for a large family. The kids will love the bunk room and community swimming pool. Large kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals.

Walk the shore to the Tyndal bridge and view wild life. 30 minutes to PCB. 18 miles to Mexico Beach. 3 mile to Tyndal Gate. Complementary kayaks/paddle board. Fishing charter option available!

Historic Gideon's Fish House, St. Andrews

Experience a piece of Florida history at Gideon's Fish House. Built in 1897 as a fish warehouse and converted to a residence in 1917, our historic home is a quiet, relaxing retreat among the oak- and magnolia-lined streets of St. Andrews. Walk or bike to shops, restaurants, breweries, and more. Enjoy paddle boarding and fishing in St. Andrews Bay - only 1 minute's walk - and take the quick 12 minute drive across the bridge to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches in Panama City Beach.

This beautiful family-friendly beach house is in an adorable, gated community with two pools and two parking spots in front of the home. This home sleeps 6 comfortably and features an outdoor fenced patio with a fire pit and gas grill for your family’s evening enjoyment. The home has been upgraded with Roku TVs with YouTube TV in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment and features new appliances, including the washer and dryer.

We are located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of St. Andrews. This is not just a 3BR/2BA house for rent, it was the family home of the current owners . Newly renovated, it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive. You will not be able to add them to the reservation but just text me! Private entrance to a renovated single car garage apartment in the popular, quiet Cove neighborhood.

Charming & Centrally Located Home in Panama City Looking for a cozy getaway? This quaint home is just 1 mile from historic downtown Panama City on St. Andrew's Bay. White sand beaches and turquoise waters are a short 20-25 min drive away. Enjoy local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping nearby.
