Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen. Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus und ist komplett ausgestattet - Küche, Bad, Balkon, großes Bett, Sofa, ausreichend Stauraum und Babyausstattung. Ein Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Haidmuhle und lädt zu einem guten Kaffee ein. Sie können auch Radtouren & Wanderungen in die unberührte Natur unternehmen, im Winter ist Skifahren ein Muss.

In the beautiful surroundings, you can enjoy wonderful hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, and skiing (Hochficht)."

Die Ferienwohnung am Beginn einer Sackgasse enthält eine ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (man schläft auf richtigen Matratzen) und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Achtung: Nicht für Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet. Für Kinder unter 6 Jahren für mehrere Tage weniger geeignet, als Zwischenstop aber perfekt. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
