Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

A direct tram connection to vibrant Prenzlauer Berg (5 stops), the S-Bahn ring (3 stops) and Alexanderplatz (8 stops) is located nearby. The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

The top floor apartment is located in Weissensee and is 92sqm. 10 minutes away from Alexanderplatz. Within walking distance are various restaurants, supermarkets, a movie theater, the Weissensee etc. Parking spaces are directly in front of the door. Various bus stops 150m away. The apartment has a large south-facing terrace and underfloor heating. There are two separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. The rest of the apartment is open plan with high ceiling.

The apartment is located in the Weißensee district. It has 2 separate beds and is comfortably furnished. A kitchen invites you to self-cater. Of course, you can use Wi-Fi free of charge. We ask smokers to go outside the door. A washing machine is available for the longer stay. The nearest supermarket is just behind the corner. In 25 minutes by public transport you are in the city of Berlin, e.g. Alexanderplatz.

Apartment above Toni Cinema

Directly on the lively Antonplatz in Weissensee is the apartment above the cinema Toni on the 1st floor. The tram is at the door - so you will be at Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. Supermarkets, drugstores, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. For two people the apartment is ideal, for three people comfortable. It is modernly decorated with everything you need for a long or short break.

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Cosy bright and new renovated 1-Room Apartment with Balcony and separate Kitchen at Bötzow Viertel only 15 Min. from Alexanderplatz. Tram Stations with great connection, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Boutiques in walking distance around the corner. You will find a new large Rewe Supermarket in the Building next to my apartment which is open till 10 pm.
