Holiday rentals with a patio in Papamoa

What a relaxing beachfront getaway. Completely worth it. The sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. Walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. Fantastic location, lovely host.

Excellent property, and much roomier than the photos portray! We chose it for the location and it didn’t disappoint:) Devon was super helpful when needed and responded immediately. Would def stay again if needed!

Awesome little apartment. Kids loved the pool and spa. Really close to the beach. Had everything we needed for our family, will definitely be back. Cloe was supper accommodating and helped us immensely.

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. The place was perfect, clean and sunny and i loved the eco store products. Will def be back. Thank you!

Tracey es una excelente anfitriona, estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestro bienestar. Tuvimos un problema con la conexión an Internet y ella se mostró dispuesta a resolverlo rápidamente. Fue flexible con la hora del check out. En resumen, tuvimos una muy agradable estadía y nuestra anfitriona fue excelente!!

Fiona's place has everything you need for a great stay. The house is comfortable and set up like a home away from home. The location is ideal being next door to a cafe and a stones throw from the beach and shops. We loved it so much that we've already booked to come back!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

Nice modern apartment in a great location for the cbd, parks, lakeside and bars and restaurants, quiet location and well worth a visit when visiting Rotorua

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The best air bnb I’ve stayed in! It was so baby friendly and had so many great amenities. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so spacious!
