Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Papeete

Chris's place met our expectations greatly. Owner occupying the upstairs of the house, very delicate and discreet, leaving us the use of the space with swimming pool in private. Very spacious and pleasant accommodation, overlooking the pool and ocean view. A breathtaking and breathtaking view of Morea, this location is simply exceptional. The dog adopted us right away, she is adorable, present but not inconvenient. We would unreservedly recommend Chris and his partner's home.

I would recommned this property. The accommodation is well appointed, very well decorated, it feels comfortable. The terrace is glued to that of the owners and the pool too but that is no problem. The hosts are very nice and gave us good advice during our stay (restaurants,...). Green and peaceful setting.

We spent 4 nights at Tea's place and couldn't be happier with the choice. Tea was extremely accommodating and allowed an early check in at 5am(!) since we had an overnight flight. The location is phenomenal - you are right on the best beach of the island. I was concerned that the house doesn't have an AC, however the ocean breeze and the traditional Polynesian structure of the house made it a no issue. There's also a few fans if needed. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay here! Very comfortable and relaxing. I was the only one staying so I had the large back patio and kitchen to myself. Natalie and her family were very helpful with anything I needed. I didn’t have a car and the walk up and down the hill is quite challenging but with good shoes, it was fine and I got used to it as part of my day. Close to many shops and bus lines.

Clean accommodation close to the beach, Kimi is responsive. I recommend it.

Reasonably priced short-term stay near Papeete, Tahiti, ideal for sightseeing! The air conditioner is quiet and cools well. When I left the room key inside and went out, and couldn't get back in, they responded very kindly and quickly They unlocked it in 5 minutes, which was very helpful! I didn't mind the noise, etc. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The apartment is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. A very clean and cozy home that we highly recommend.

The accommodation is perfect, clean and exactly as in the photos. You have plenty of restaurants nearby and even a Champion store to do your shopping. Everything is in walking distance. The host is very responsive, she responds quickly and is available for our needs. I recommend this apartment. We didn't have a vehicle but there are plenty of taxis available nearby. 10/10 for the location, the hosts, and the apartment. ps: there is a very busy road in front of the building and the apartment has single glazing so be careful for light sleepers. No problem for me.

We checked in around 4am due to odd flight arrival time. Because of Martine's information pack I was able to get ready with the how-to of getting into the apartment. The apartment was clean and walkable to any parts of the Papeete CBD. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

I am grateful for this apartment stay I enjoyed after traveling a long day. Easy access from airport, beautiful view and safe, clean modern space were highlights. I had a nice walk to the ocean shore where there were cultural activities and local food. I highly recommend this place! Mau’ru’uru!

Wonderful home worthy of a 4-star hotel. The welcome is friendly and perfect. A beautiful equipped kitchen allows you to be self-contained for cooking. Very large bathroom with walk-in shower. Beautiful room with quiet central ventilation. Dressing room to store everything. Balcony with table, chairs and armchairs to see the sunset over Moorea. A beautiful pool and available for the 4 B&B and owner accommodations. Very nice garden. Private parking with plenty of room. Quiet & peaceful place. Great taste for decorating the space. Free and fast wifi. Exceptional value for money. I will come back to it without hesitation. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay.

This is the second time I've stayed at Julia's and it's another great stay. A beautiful little apartment, very well equipped and maintained and with a splendid view of Moorea. Julia is always very welcoming and responsive. A real pleasure. I hope to be able to go back.

What a place! You have got views on whole Papeete, with swimming pool on top. Terrace, two bathroom, Netflix and A/C.. What else do you need? Highly recommended!

Always as perfect!! Isabelle and Benjamin were super responsive... a holiday to take us a new coffee machine was a luxury and a privilege! It's very clean and modern. The view and pool are highlights. It's in a gated community up on a hill, so it's quiet with no street noise. We had our two year old son with us and he loved the pool and the balcony.

The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking — every morning began with the sight of rolling waves and the soothing sound of the ocean, which we could hear even with the glass doors closed. Falling asleep to the peaceful rhythm of the waves was pure bliss. Each day brought something special: in the mornings, we’d watch local fishermen bringing in their catch, and by afternoon, local surfers would take on the waves right in front of us. It was like having a little slice of coastal life right outside our door. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The water pressure in the shower was excellent — one of the best we’ve experienced — and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. We would return in a heartbeat!

We were looking for a relaxing, welcoming, peaceful place to rest: bet held! The apartment is amazing, true to xe that is described. Manuarii received us very well. Looking forward to coming back someday!

Our trip was absolutely perfect to Tahiti. The accommodation was beautiful… Ideal location on a private beach with a beautiful view of neighboring island. The space was ample the pool area was beautiful, new complex with gorgeous garden as well. Highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer.!

The apartment was great for our couple of days stop in Papeete. We parked our small rental car in the garage and walked everywhere during our stay- easy walk to the market, waterfront, restaurants. We felt safe when walking both during the day and after dark around the area but also know that it is city and to stay aware of the surroundings. The information provided by the host on how to check-in was thorough and the apartment was clean. Note, if you have a car- you will need to find a place to park outside the building and then enter the building to get the keys before being able to enter the parking garage. We wish we would have had more time to stay here in the city!

We are very grateful for Farerau and Thomas! Unforeseen circumstances happened with our reservation, but they went above and beyond to help us when we otherwise would not have had a place to stay! If there is any problem, you can take comfort in knowing that you will be taken care of! They provided another place for us to stay and gave us a refund. But they didn’t stop there: Thomas took us to a beach to watch the sunset over Moorea. Also, since it was our last night in Tahiti, and my husband realized that he never got to eat any mangos, we mentioned it and Thomas went out and bought us some along with some refreshments! They were very kind, caring and trustworthy people! We enjoyed getting to know them and learned a lot about Tahiti and the culture too! Thank you so much for making our stay great!! We would book it again!
