Apartment holiday rentals in Paphos

The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

Laoura's place was amazing! We felt right at home. The place is spotless and has everything you need. It's close to the beach, restaurants and stores and has an amazing view from the private balcony. Laoura is a great host and is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this place, you won't be sorry if you stay here!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

The place was beautiful. Great communication, everything was clean. The only thing I would add outside of the review of the place. I would definitely recommend flying to Larnaca more. It was our first time in Paphos, we rented a car, and we loved the area a lot more. Ayia Napa, Protaras near Larnaca is also the beautiful city of Limassol. If we had chosen these areas, we would have been happier. But it's not a complaint to the host, it was our fault and the fact that we were flying for the first time. There are not many nice beaches in Paphos, and overall the environment was nicer, in the above areas. Otherwise, I can't fault the host and the place. Thank you

We had a lovely time in Paphos. We were welcomed to the apartment and were provided with water, wine and bread. Kyriaki was quick to respond and even offered us a luggage scale upon request. The apartment was clean and spacious. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom and free parking on the property which came in hand as we rented a car in Paphos. It was in a great location with access to the harbour just 10 minutes on foot. Beaches, old town and super makets were all a short drive away. Overall it was a great stay for 3 days and we highly recommend staying here.

Lovely accommodation! Great location close to all the restaurants and bars but not too close so it’s nice and quiet at night. Clear instructions on how to find the place, which was a bonus as we did not arrive until past midnight.

Everything was just as described, beautiful apartement and perfect location. The private pool was amazing and made the whole trip even better. Great value for the price, can only recommend.

i have stayed in many Air Bnbs all over the world and i have never had a host as responsive, friendly and helpful as Nadia. not only did she offer to send us a taxi to pick us up at the airport but even pick up some food for us from the local shop! The apartment was as described and well worth it for the price! about 20 minute walk to paphos old town and 15 mins to venus beach. all the pools were lovely and the view from our balcony was beautiful. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to cyprus! top tip would be to conquer the buses it made our holiday a lot cheaper and they came quite frequently.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place as it had everything we needed for our family. The area was peaceful but also close enough to everything we needed. The check in was easy considering we did not arrive until after 11pm. Julia was very proactive with her details and arranged a cot for us at short notice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area many thanks Julia.

Could not have been more perfect. Such a comfortable well looked after place with everything anyone could need. Excellent airco & not too noisy. Roomy balcony, good all day/evening. Lovely pool, clean & good size, well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. The view is outstanding. Many attractions can be reached in a few minutes by car. Rudi was a very good host and had also helped us rent a car. We can only recommend AirBnB. 👍

We were allowed to stay 10 days in the beautiful accommodation with Diana. It was super clean and really nice. We had a great view of the sea from the balcony. Restaurant was right with us, and it took about 40 minutes to walk to the city. A small bus station was 15 minutes away, where you can go anywhere for €2. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the beach at Venus Beach. There is also Rinn Lidl, which is on the way to the beach. We can only recommend the property. It was worth a trip to Paphos, because everything was wonderful. ☺️

Cannot recommend this place enough! Very clean and filled with lots of natural light! Parking is easy in a gated complex in a very safe area. Appartment was also very child friendly with plastics cups and bowls for children. Maxim was also super responsive and helpful. He was also kind enough to leave a lot of things for us in the apartment, including fruit, beer and wine, butter, jams and bread, eggs and more!! Pool is very clean, with a poolboy cleaning it daily and life guard present. Wouldn't mind visiting again!

I can only recommend Andreas as a host. During our stay there was a problem with the water, Mr. Andreas almost immediately solved it after our agreement. The apartment served us well for me, my husband and one-year-old son. We were able to use the kitchen fully with all the basic equipment. I visit Paphos regularly, I chose the location on purpose. Everything is in good proximity. Restaurants, Kiosks, Markets, Mall, Harbour and other places :) Thanks for your stay 🤗

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

Fabulous stay. We will definitely be returning. Great host. Very peaceful location away from the hustle of Paphos but close enough. Great pool. Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Bed was just like home.

Great, quiet apartment. Well located from the bus station( about 3 minutes), from where you can drive to Paphos, Aphrodite baths, etc.; not far from the Papantonio supermarket. Walking distance to the sea is about 20-30 minutes( return road to the slide)- and this is the only disadvantage for me personally. The apartment is spacious. The living room and bedroom has air conditioning which was very relevant in July. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is fully stocked( necessary kitchen utensils, glasses). There is a toaster, oven, stove, great fridge. Washing machine , iron, iron. Anyway, it feels like home. Spacious balcony where it's nice to sit in the evening when the heat comes down.
