Better than the pictures — great big villa with large swimming pool and great atmosphere, private and fantastic views. Spyros was friendly, hight recommended

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

We had a lovely stat, group of 4 for 8 days. The only thing we could fault was the state of the sunbeds, they could use replacing. Everything else was wonderful! A bit of a walk if you want to get to nice restaurants, but bolt scooters can get you there easily.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

Fantastic villa in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Coral Bay’s bars and restaurants. Michalis was very responsive, quickly answering any questions and resolving a minor issue in person within two hours.

We’ve just returned from our 2nd year at Villa Morfo. As last year, everything was perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. It was lovely to relax in the outdoor area, and the pool was great to cool off in. Evenings spent on the verandah, watching the spectacular sunsets were a perfect end to the day.Aris is an exceptional host, always there when needed, but never intrusive. The object of the holiday, was peace, seclusion and relaxation, Morfo is all of these things and more, so we’ve booked to come back next year. Thankyou so much Aris.

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

We had a great time during our stay in Cyprus. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is good—quiet and convenient if you have a car. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved. The mattresses were quite hard, and both the beds and doors made a lot of noise, which affected our sleep a bit. Also, the pillows were quite worn out and could use replacing. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a few small improvements, this place would be ideal!

The apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful decorated inside with a lot of thought gone into the finer details. extremely clear instructions interms of checking in, finding the property and details about water heaters, ac’s etc. great kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could need.

I want to start by saying what a wonderful person and host Elena is. She was always available whenever we needed anything and gave us helpful advice. The house is in great condition and located in a nice area. It has a lovely bathroom, two spacious bedrooms, and a huge TV that’s perfect for watching movies at night. I highly recommend Elena’s house to everyone, because within just 30 minutes to an hour of driving, you can reach some of the most amazing places to see in Cyprus. We haven’t even managed to visit all the spots we planned, and we’re already looking forward to coming back to finish our list. — Marius

Having access to the three kayaks every day was a real highlight – especially during sunset, which made for some unforgettable moments on the water. The house is very nice, clean and private. Location may seem like a downside at first, but in reality it made the vacation better because of the privacy, views, peacefulness. The host is very responsive and helpful - thank you for the extra effort! The pool and outdoor area with the BBQ creates a very pleasant atmosphere during the whole day. The house was very clean and therefore very nice to be in. There was 8 of us and it suited perfectly. Big kitchen and living room area is a nice bonus when you want to escape from the heat. Would recommend to everyone and will happily come back!

We were very happy with our stay at Costas’s house. We not able to meet him, however he gave very clear instructions of how to find and access the property. He was very responsive to queries prior to and during our stay and nothing was an issue. And Tigra was there to greet us, show us round and check in every day after, sometimes bringing friends 😻 The house is very spacious with 2 sofas in the living room under the A/C unit and various seating options outside. The outside area does get the sun for much of the day however there is an umbrella over the table and where the hot tub is has an overhead cover which gave shade. Having multiple keys to the house was very useful, as were the UK style plug sockets! We found the bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage and there were plenty of additional towels if needed. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the downstairs WC is a bonus! We found it an easy walk to the Harbour and Lighthouse Beach was a 6 min drive away.

We have just spent a wonderfully peaceful week at the lemon grove villa. The villa was in the perfect situation to walk to the sea front, shops and restaurants. The pool was excellent and tended to every day. Maria really looked after us, bring us local pastries and asking if we needed a mid week clean which although we declined, was appreciated. We arrived late and the fridge was stocked with essentials which was a very welcome touch. The villa was perfect for our situation of 2 couples, one couple taking the upstairs room and the other the downstairs room. Kitchen well stocked, nice outside eating area and bbq which we enjoyed. Instructions were given in advance and were very helpful making the whole holiday one of total relaxation. We are already thinking of booking the next holiday!

The most stunning villa, we enjoyed everything here, the views the peace the sunsets. Our host was Caring and kind. We will defiantly be back. Truely magical

The house was even better than we expected! There was plenty of space for five people, everything was super clean, and the pool was great. The property is large and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning – we really enjoyed spending time there. The host replied very quickly and was always helpful with anything we needed. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We’d love to come back and can truly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay at Abigail’s place. The villa was spotless with the most beautiful garden and surroundings. Everything we needed was provided and felt like we were right at home. The use of the car was really appreciated as it is in a more secluded location but close to Coral Bay ave and 20-25 minutes from Paphos. The pool cleaners came regularly. Abigail has thought of everything, the dumbbells and yoga mat were a particular favorite of mine. I would definitely recommend the place and Abigail as a host, she was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you so much! 🏡
